Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customization options, and your location. We always aim to produce within 14 days maximum from the date of your order.

After production (about 14 days) we send the package directly to the courier.

You can expect to receive your item within 15-30 days from the date we have sent your parcel to the courier.

Whilst we strive to deliver your item as quickly as possible please note that factors such as courier delays, customs clearance procedures or unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays which are beyond our control.

To track your order, you will receive an email with our delivery service tracking details of your order.

Simply email info@pharhauz.com with the order number and address change.

Once your payment is received, your purchase is sent directly for production after 48 hours.

So that you can monitor the progress of your purchase you will receive three emails regarding the status of your order. You will be alerted by email at the following stages;

Once your payment has been accepted

Once your order is dispatched from our manufacturer into your chosen address

Once your order has been delivered

Customisation options vary depending on the product you have selected. You will be able to select the size, shape, material and color of the components and we will let you know about feasibility and cost. Then we can produce it for you.

In your Special Order Request email, you can specify a color and Pharhauz will decide if it is possible and send you an email about price and delivery time.

Yes, with products ordered as a Special Order.
